Revelation 12:10-12…10And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down—he who accuses them day and night before our God. 11They have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony. And they did not love their lives so as to shy away from death.12Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea; with great fury the devil has come down to you, knowing he has only a short time.”…
Verse 11 holds the word: TESTIMONY which Oxford defines as "a formal written or spoken statement, especially one given in a court of law."
I have never thought of my testimony, my statement, as significant and still don't, however God's constant obsession with capturing my heart interwoven throughout that testimony regardless of my rejecting Him, shaming Him, THAT IS SIGNIFICANT!
What is my 'agenda', 'goal' or 'desire' in sharing my testimony? Well, funny you should ask. God asked me just this morning, "What is your heart's desire?" After 51 years of life and all it brings I had to answer, "I want your Son to receive His inheritance."
What in the world does that mean?
I invite you to tag along and find out as I share my testimony, believing that as I do Jesus will receive more and more of His inheritance.
